The worst fine - dining experience that you ever had.

There's no better way to make an impression on your family, friends and clients that a wonderful dinner. This occasions can live long in the memory. The right combination of food and atmosphere can make all the difference between the best of times and the worst of times.

I was sponsor by Toyota Malaysia to Japan. 3 days in Nagoya and 2 days in Tokyo, to visit the Toyota Plant In Nagoya .Penang Port Sdn Bhd ordered 16 new forklift (3 tonnes) with Toyota. After visited the plant we have been taken to a dinner in Tokyo. The ma nu was a seafood (crab),before eat you have to choose its.You have to see the crabs in the aquarium and point to the crab did you want to eat.

Then we take our seat, in one room with a low table without chairs. You have to sit down ( bersila) and wait. First they serve the drinks, its was saki and wine so I asked some plane water. Then the crabs was serve , it was raw and some source. and started to put my crab in it.

I saw the Japanese eat it like nothing happen.Just take the crabs meat put inside their mouth.I asked them is it the way to eat the crab? The answer is yes. On the table there are a few pot with water in it and been heat by a wave .You can feel the plate it"s not hot at all but if you put the pot on top it and the water inside the pot will boiled, its is a new things to me.

I have the ideal and started to put my crabs in the pot . When the crabs turned to red colour , I took out the crabs and started to eat the meat with some chilli source. The taste was marvellouse. The Japanese asked me why I boiled my crabs? I explaned to them in Malaysia we have to cook the craps before eat, then the Japanese also start to boiled their crabs and eat like (Malaysian). It's very good and delicious they said. At last but not least the Japanese have to follow our culture of eating. I feel proud to be Malaysian.
